Our Story
Angelwing Stationers is a charming stationery store in historic Gloucester Courthouse, Virginia and has been a preferred provider of fine stationery and gifts in the Tidewater area for over 20 years.
Current owner, LuAnn Nagel, moved to Gloucester from Ohio in 2003 with her husband Doug when he became pastor of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. LuAnn purchased Angelwing Stationers in 2008 to be involved in the Gloucester community and have a space for her creativity to thrive. LuAnn draws from 44 years of experience as a pastor's wife attending and planning hundreds of weddings. She also owned Simply Charming, where she designed and created beautiful wedding accessories for over 10 years.
The store has seen a few location changes since 2008 and relocated in April of 2020 to a space within Office Supply of Gloucester in the Edgehill Shopping Center on Main Street. Products may be seen and purchased any time Office Supply is open and online. Personalized notes and invitations by appointment only and may be made in advance by phone or email.
